By accessing or using CyTek Academy(“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Accounts

You must create an account to enroll in courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Course access and enrollment

Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials for your own educational purposes. You may not share, redistribute, or resell course content. Course availability and content may change without notice.

3. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting us. Refunds are granted at our discretion and may be prorated based on course progress.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Copy, distribute, or publicly display course materials.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operation.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, branding, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of CyTek Academy or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.

6. Limitation of liability

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyTek Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to course materials will be revoked.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
